RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY

Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you have received a product or products and are not satisfied, you are free to return the items up to 14 days after the delivery date of your order.

There are various reasons why it is possible to return our products with specific CONDITIONS that must be respected depending on the reason for the return.

The Customer is REQUIRED to read and accept them BEFORE making a purchase on our Store.

1- METHOD IN CASE OF WAIVER / WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS FOR REASONS NOT ATTRIBUTABLE TO KIT LITTLE GARDEN

Kit Little Garden accepts the return of products, provided that 14 calendar days have not passed since receipt of the product and that the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered.

The products must be intact, clean, without stains and/or any signs of impact and above all they must NOT present damage or defects caused by the user.

Returns will only be accepted provided that the products have NOT been used.

Furthermore, in no way must the buyer ensure that the goods are packaged adequately.

Upon receipt of the product, Kit Little Garden will carefully examine the conditions of the returned products and issue a refund of the purchase amount or, depending on the case, a voucher for a subsequent purchase.

In both cases, shipping costs will be EXCLUDED. (Art 107 2. RDLGDCU 1/2007)

** For returns, any discounts applied to shipping costs will not be taken into consideration.

The procedure to follow is as follows:

3- PRODUCT DEFECT (GUARANTEE)

All products purchased on our online store are covered by a 2-year warranty*. The start date of the warranty is that indicated on the purchase invoice.

The guarantees do not cover defects caused by negligence, impacts, use, tampering, or any other action carried out on the item other than those indicated in the user manuals (e.g. improper installation/assembly). It must be considered that the materials are subject to wear even when observing normal use of the item itself, so for example the color may deteriorate due to exposure of the product to the action of sunlight, heat sources, atmospheric agents or chemical agents.

When the product is received at our warehouses, the status is not verified. Our technicians will verify the problem and carry out the appropriate repair.

If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced.

4- FAILURE/ERROR IN SHIPPING THE ORDER

WHAT TO DO UPON RECEIPT OF THE ORDER?

The Customer is required to check the contents of the package and note any defects on the courier's delivery note and inform Kit Little Garden within 3 days.

IMPORTANT: It is essential to sign the delivery note with reservations in order to be able to claim any damage or breakages suffered during transport from the courier. The Customer will be able to write "with reservation" directly in pen on the courier's delivery note.
