Shipping Information
Our shipping service is available throughout Italy in two ways:
- Standard delivery at the cost of €6.90 in 3-4 days working.
- Express shipping at the cost of €7.99 in 24/48 hours working.
- Free shipping for orders over €150.00.
Once the purchase has been made, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the order summary. Order processing time takes 24 to 48 working hours. Subsequently, the customer will receive an email confirming shipment with the order tracking link.
Except in cases of force majeure, shipping will take place within a maximum of 3-4 working days if standard shipping has been chosen and within a maximum of 24/48 working hours if express shipping has been chosen
Please note that shipments to islands or remote areas may take longer than those indicated above.
We are committed to providing the best service possible, however, during holiday periods or special events, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday, shipping delays may occur.
